Begins at kindergarten and continued throughout the grade levels K-12
Integrate writing and speaking skills
Integrate the writing process skills to develop a first draft, edit, and a final publication of a written piece
Learn the process of writing, editing, and publishing a novel
Students will work with a variety of printed media (ie: newspaper, yearbook, magazine, and novels)
Integrate technology with writing and preparing for a publication
Learn to provide critical feedback when working with another person's publication
Learn to promote a publication for introduction to the public
