Students progress through leadership and growth levels designed to encourage confidence, accountability, and personal development. Recognition opportunities throughout the year celebrate academic effort, leadership, growth, attendance, citizenship, and perserverance.

We believe mistakes are opportunities for learning and growth. When students need additional support with choice-making, behavior, emotional regulation, or decision-making, staff work alongside them through reflection, reteaching, problem solving, and restorative conversations. 

Students are encouraged to grow from learning school expectations to becoming role models, mentors, and leaders within the school community. Through academic achievement, leadership opportunities, service, and collaboration, students develop the confidence and skills needed to succeed in school and beyond.
