Parent Expectations and Student Safety
To help maintain safe, structured, and successful program environments, families are expected to ensure that current emergency contact information and working phone numbers remain updated with the school at all times. Parents are also expected to pick students up promptly at program dismissal times.
If a parent or guardian anticipates being late for student pickup, the school must be contacted immediately at (702) 216-4337. Students remaining after scheduled dismissal times may be subject to late pickup fees.
Students participating in before or after school programs are expected to report directly to their assigned program locations and remain under staff supervision until dismissal. For student safety, running throughout campus, visiting unauthorized classrooms, leaving assigned areas, or hiding in restrooms or other locations is not permitted. Students are expected to remain respectful, responsible, and in control of their behavior at all times while participating in program activities.
Because these programs are provided at no cost to families through Title I funding, participation is considered a privilege. Continued difficulties follow school rules, behavioral expectations, safety procedures, or program guidelines may result in removal from the program at the discretion of school administration.
