Student Pick Up and Drop Off

Drop Off

All students who attend IICSN will be dropped off at the front of each campus daily. The before school program begins at 7:00a.m. and the academic day starts at 8:00a.m. Please drop your students off through the parking lots or at the curb closest to the entrance of the school for their safety. Please ensure that you watch the surrounding traffic so your student can exit your vehicle safely.

Dismissal Times

  • Grades K-2: 3:30p.m.
  • Grades 3 & 4: 3:45p.m.
  • Grades 5 & 6: 4:00p.m.
  • Grades 7-12: 4:00p.m.
  • Students who walk: 4:00p.m.

Car Lines

IICSN utilizes car line to facilitate an expedited and organized pickup and drop off system for our students. Car line tags are utilized at the Oakey Campus to facilitate a smooth dismissal. Each student will receive two tags.

Oakey Campus

  • Car Line #1 - lower parking lot near the kindergarten gate - used for grades K-2
  • Car Line #2 - upper parking lot near the library - used for grades 3 & 4
  • Car Line #3 - back of the school on Bracken St. - used for grades 5 & 6

Sahara Campus

Students are released from the main entrance and the gym doors on the private drive between the building and the businesses on the east side of the building.

Students Who Walk

Students need parent written permission on file with the front office to be allowed to walk home. If a student walks home, they will be released at 4:00p.m. at the end of the academic day from the front office so staff are assured your child exits the building safely.
